Eduardo Torres has had an impressive career with Hazelden Betty Ford’s Prevention Solutions (formerly known as FCD). Throughout his 12-year tenure with the organization, he made a significant impact on numerous schools in over 42 different countries. His dedication and expertise in the field of prevention earned him high recognition, consistently ranking amongst the top 1% of Prevention specialists in terms of client feedback and retention.
In recognition of his exceptional skills and contributions, Eduardo was bestowed with the title of Supervising Field Officer and Senior Prevention Specialist. His role involved overseeing and guiding other prevention specialists, which indicates the level of trust and respect he earned within the organization.
Eduardo’s passion lies in the mission of prevention, which focuses on fostering critical thinking skills in young people and empowering them to make informed decisions regarding substance abuse. His work in this field has likely had a positive and lasting impact on many lives, helping to create healthier and safer environments for young individuals.
When not traveling for work, Eduardo values spending quality time with his family, cherishing moments with his loved ones. Additionally, he has a personal interest in running, having completed one full marathon. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University and an A.A.S In Addiction Counseling with an emphasis in Chemical Dependency. Eduardo is fluent in both English and Spanish allowing Eduardo to Provide prevention services in Spanish or English.
